Your primary focus is to develop and implement strategic plans that will help BIC to achieve its sales objectives.
Job Description :
- Expand BIC’s commercial presence in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia by promoting and selling company’s suite of solutions.
- Collaborate with internal team for tender submissions and account expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand BIC’s client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers & potential and existing clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales revenue targets.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences to stay up to date on market trends and network with potential clients.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications of Diploma in Business or equivalent2-5 years of relevant sales experienceProven track record in achieving sales goalsProficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, ExcelExcellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.Willingness to travel and work weekends for road shows as needed.Valid driving license and personal transportation are mandatorySkills
