Job Responsibility
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and objectives.
- Sales & Business Development
- Promote Next Academyâs training programs.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with the training and marketing teams to align sales strategies with client needs.
- Provide client feedback to help improve training content and delivery.
