About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Administrator to join our team at KITTON (M) SDN BHD in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. In this contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes and supporting the overall operations management.

What you'll be doing

• Performing administrative duties such as managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with customer service tasks, including handling inquiries, processing payments, and providing a positive shopping experience.
• Coordinating with the store teammates to implement policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the store.
• Providing support for various store activities, including labelling and re-organize stock, stock replenishment, and store-related events.
• Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
