SBM Offshore is seeking a Management Of Major Emergencies (MOME) Fleet Instructor to provide training, instruction, coaching, mentoring, and competence assessment of offshore and onshore personnel.

The MOME Instructor will have full knowledge, understanding, and compliance of the Management System and perform competency assessments and support CAS deployment on board.

Typical Responsibilities

• Develop and present high-quality and effective theoretical and practical training and / or coaching / mentoring events for all levels of staff.
• Deliver high-quality competence assessments on fleet FPSO units or where required in line with national and international standards.
• Identify and use best practices in development of material and delivery of training, coaching, and competence assessment.
• Maintain personal skills against the requirements of the role.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement in development and delivery of training and coaching materials.
