Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of SPX’s in-house / in-source couriers, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management, payroll and disciplinary processes.
- Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project continuity and execution
- Identify and resolve operational challenges and develop effective solutions
- Support the improvement and optimization of existing project processes & workflows
- Maintain accurate and updated records for all relevant trackers
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line
