Optical Network Engineer (DWDM / Transmission) - MRO AMS

Responsibilities

• Fault management and preventive maintenance of transmission network elements (DWDM) within defined SLA’s.
• Fault management in terms of coordination with other teams (Core, Radio, IP, IN, VAS, etc).
• Configuration management for transmission network elements and services.
• Performance monitoring of transmission network equipment and its links.
• Audit of existing network and suggestion of improvement plans.
• Planning support by providing network topology and information.
• Coordination with customer and MS internal departments.
• Provide technical solution and hands-on support on WDM network.
• Support test activities of operator acceptance testing.
• Carry out all necessary technical meetings pertaining to operators, internal staff or its associated customers.
