Job description

Responsibilities

Hardware installation and software configuration (Brand : Dahua, HIK, ZKTeco, EntryPass, MicroEngine, etc.)
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper work arrangement and complete within given timeline.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, conducting tests and resolving problems.
Follow company standard of installation and service reporting procedures.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements for Candidates

Experience in related field and project management is added advantage.

Skilled in troubleshooting, with good communication and teamwork abilities.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Those without the required qualification but with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferably local candidates who are able to join immediately.

Ready to work and travel within the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor), and occasionally outstation.
