The Distributor Development Executive (DDE) is responsible for the successful implementation of full spectrum of Sales and Distribution activities in the assigned Territory of charge. This role is to work closely with the Regional Manager in the implementation of all Sales & Distribution strategies of the Company.
Job Descriptions :
- To drive assigned territory's sales target based on agreed Channel strategies.
- Coordinate and implement marketing, trade marketing and sales policies to achieve common objectives.
- To develop maximum sales potential from all markets for the Company products and manage the stocks freshness in trade.
- Establish good relationship / cooperation with other departments either in or out of company to working as a team towards achieving Company set goals and objectives.
- Budgetary control and ensuring effective / efficient deployment of resources.
- Plan and implement Company’s WISE programs
Job Requirements :
Minimum of Diploma or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or Nutrition.Minimum of 2 to 5 years Sales experience with managing distributors, lower trade and general trade business.Sales and marketing experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.Experience in managing multi-national business.Experience in a manufacturing and marketing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment preferably in a Nutrition business or medical detailed products business is an added advantage.Computer literate & able to use general Microsoft Office application.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
