Senior Finance Executive
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) team
- Manage full set of accounts and monthly closing activities
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely e-invoice submissions
- Prepare and submit service tax and weekly financial reports
- Handle banking transactions and accounting journals
- Review and prepare bank reconciliations, resolving outstanding items promptly
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits
- Maintain accurate filing and records of financial documents
- Support management with ad-hoc finance-related tasks
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalentMinimum 3 years’ relevant experience, able to handle full set of accounts independentlyStrong knowledge of accounting standards and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointFamiliarity with AutoCount software is an added advantageProactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skillsProficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is an advantage for liaising with clients / vendorsWilling to work alternate Saturdays (half-day only)Benefits
