Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role that combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record of managing digital marketing initiatives from conception to completion. You will work closely with our CEO to develop and execute marketing strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn management and digital transformation for a project, and support various operational tasks to drive business growth. Overview

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Salary range : MYR3,800.00–MYR5,500.00 (range provided by Randstad Malaysia; actual pay based on skills and experience). Responsibilities

Lead and execute our social media strategy, with a primary focus on content creation, scheduling, and engagement on LinkedIn. Develop, implement, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to set up meetings and sales appointments. Research industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, and assist with logistical coordination. Provide high-level marketing support to the CEO, including managing communications, presentations, and other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks. Requirements

Experience : Thorough experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial or senior role. Demonstrated experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn. Experience with automation, AI, or digital transformation of systems is highly advantageous, as the company is currently focused on developing AI and digitally driven services. Skills

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results without constant supervision. Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Attributes
