E-Commerce Operations Executive

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, fulfillment, and delivery. Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns related to e-commerce orders, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly. Analyze e-commerce data and generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement. Job requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes. Experience with inventory management systems and order processing software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking. Familiarity with local e-commerce market trends and customer preferences is a plus. Job benefits
