As the Operations Manager, you'll be a key member of our E-commerce team who play a crucial role in shaping and executing our operational strategy, ensuring that all our E-Commerce business operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional quality. You'll be responsible for building a robust operational framework, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a high-performing team. What You'll Do
- Develop and Optimize Operational Frameworks : Design, implement, and continuously improve the operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the D2C business. This includes managing workflows for client onboarding, store management and reporting.
- Team Leadership and Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate the Operations team to ensure they meet performance targets. You'll be responsible for team development, performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations : Ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You'll be the point person for resolving operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including Account Management, Brand Strategy and Creative Development, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and projects.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational processes. Prepare and present regular reports to the Department Head, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Quality and Compliance : Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are
At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably within the e-commerce or D2C industry. Experience in a startup or a fast-paced environment is a plus.A natural leader with a proven ability to manage, train, and inspire a team. You're empathetic yet results-driven and can effectively delegate tasks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can quickly identify issues, analyse data, and implement effective solutions.You're not just a doer; you can think strategically about how to improve processes and build scalable operational frameworks that support business growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, whether you're speaking with your team, senior management, or external partners.Have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks.Proficient with operational management software and tools.
