Job descriptionPossess a Degree in any discipline. Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. At least 3 years of working experience in the same capacity. Good leadership skills and work with minimum supervision. Effective communication skills. Able to build strong rapport with parents and staff. You are ready to work from Wednesday to Sunday (5-day week)
Your Role Would Include :
- Able to communicate, maintain good rapport and give good customer service experience to parents / customers.
- Manage and lead the operation of the centre.
- Motivate the teaching team and working closely with management to build a strong company culture.
