About the role

Eadeco Sdn. Bhd. , a leading provider of accounting and financial services, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Chemor, Perak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, contributing to the company's overall growth and success Able to work with diverse team and work in Kanthan, Chemor, Perak Any other task assigned by superior Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools What we offer
