Design Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Design the necessary tool needed to run production.
• Follow-up with tooling fabrication team.
• Follow-up with tooling assembly team, testing & buyoff.
• Tooling improvement for new and existing tooling
• Design system maintenance & improvement
• Analyze and interpret CAD drawings to ensure customer's design is within manufacturing capability.
• Generate photomask design / tool and follow up during first article production.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive for yield improvement programs.
• Failure analysis of design / process issues and identify root cause for improvement.
• Provide technical support to the customers, parts delivery and cost savings leading to total customer satisfaction.
