SITE SUPERVISOR

Overview

Must possess minimum DIPLOMA IN ENGINEERING (ESPECIALLY IN MECHANICAL). Fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position. Good computer literate (Word, Excel). The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary discipline the workforce. Require language : Malay and English (Mandarin speaking will be advantage). Must have Engineering / Construction background. The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents. A good understanding of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Assessing and managing safety hazards.
• Helping management to plan the work programmes.
• Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
• Completing records for site reports.
• Attending site management meetings.
• Ad-hoc
