Head of Business Unit – Property Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Leadership – Drive full lifecycle project delivery from concept to completion by leading cross‑functional teams across operations, sales & marketing, and construction.
- Commercial Planning & Execution – Develop and own the project business plan, integrating market feasibility, financial modeling, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Sales & Financial Performance – Deliver on project sales KPIs, unit take‑up rates, and profitability benchmarks through data‑driven decision‑making and agile market adaptation.
- Product Development & Differentiation – Oversee the design and positioning of property offerings that meet buyer expectations and stand out in competitive segments.
- Stakeholder & Regulatory Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders to secure timely approvals and ensure compliance.
- Go‑to‑Market Strategy – Lead the development and execution of launch strategies, sales campaigns, and brand positioning to maximize visibility and buyer engagement.
- Construction Oversight – Ensure timely project progress, quality assurance, and defect minimisation through close coordination with construction teams and contractors.
- Team Culture & Performance – Foster a high‑performance culture by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project functions.
Requirements
