Account Executive (Ref : 2305)

Job Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries and payment vouchers.
• Support the audit team with schedules, ledgers and documentation for audit engagements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record-keeping and auditing purposes.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with clients, auditors and tax agents as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia accounting standard and tax regulations (e.g., SST, Income Tax)
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting or administrative duties as assigned.
