EXECUTIVE - CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (Start ASAP)

Join Hartalega as an Executive in Corporate Social Responsibility to lead impactful community and government relations initiatives for a global leader in nitrile gloves.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

• Plan, propose, and execute CSR, Government & Community Relations, and Yayasan Hartalega activities.
• Maintain rapport with local communities, social enterprises, government agencies, and local authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor CSR programs to ensure they meet objectives.
• Suggest and discuss CSR programs with the Manager to benefit the community and improve quality of life.
• Monitor ongoing programs for effective implementation according to established goals.
• Assist the Manager in public relations activities as required.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with community leaders, government officers, and citizens.
• Avoid involvement in political activities and conduct oneself to uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist in validating CSR applications ensuring they are non-political, non-religious, and non-racial.
• Organise administrative documentation and filing of communication records and reports.
• Respond to unfavourable CSR requests within specified periods.
• Create multimedia materials to enhance CSR initiatives.
• Liaise with relevant departments and private sectors as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to promote employer branding through CSR contributions to universities and educational organizations.
• Measure and consolidate data on CSR contributions for annual reporting.
• Work with Corporate Communication and Branding teams to update social media platforms with CSR program content.
