Job descriptionDiploma or higher qualification. Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written, verbal, listening). Previous customer service / BPO experience preferred, automotive industry knowledge is an advantage. Customer-oriented mindset, pleasant interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn. Proficient in office software and computer operations. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Full-time, rotational shifts 5 working days per week Basic Salary : RM3,000 / month Performance KPI Incentive : Up to RM300 / month EPF & SOCSO Birthday Leave Annual Leave, Maternity Leave, Parental Leave, etc. Opportunities for promotion Professional development opportunities

Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and other contact channels.
- Assist customers with automotive-related queries and service requests.
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Record and submit customer cases in the internal system according to SOP.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project KPIs and quality standards.
