Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and other contact channels.
- Assist customers with automotive-related queries and service requests.
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Record and submit customer cases in the internal system according to SOP.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project KPIs and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification.Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written, verbal, listening).Previous customer service / BPO experience preferred, automotive industry knowledge is an advantage.Customer-oriented mindset, pleasant interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.Proficient in office software and computer operations.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.Job Type & Schedule
