Reporting to Software Engineering Director

Location : GO Centre, Kuala Lumpur

Core Responsibilities

Technical Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in people management Strong hands-on expertise in .NET or relevant domain technology stack, AI-native development tools including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants, with ability to coach teams on prompt engineering and optimize human-AI pair programming workflowsProficiency in Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecturesExperience with Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Devin, Copilot, or similar) For Accountant Domain : Experience with polyglot environments (Ruby, PHP) is valuableAbility to conduct code reviews and architectural discussions Experience with modern software development practices (TDD, pair programming)
