IT Executive

Overview

Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related studies. Minimum 2 year of working experience in desktop support role. Able to communicate and write well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Experience in Windows, Office and other Microsoft products. Familiar with Windows Server and TCP / IP including knowledge or experience dealing with Windows OS, network cabling, Email / Web Server and office applications suites. Hands on experience in security and VoIP, network switches, IP Phone, Network Security, Wireless LAN and etc. Must be willing to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and security access rights for files and applications.
• Install, troubleshoot issues and resolve hardware, software and local and wide area networking problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows Operating Systems, Office, Project, Visio and Windows based applications and services (MS AX and SharePoint).
• Work with IT group to resolve issues with Networks, Active Directory, Servers, backup devices, and others.
• Support users by conducting training programs when necessary; providing references and support.
• Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operational procedures.
• Assumes responsibility for related initiatives as needs arise.
• Support and maintain Laser Printers, Label Printers, and other computer related equipment.
• Support users on computer issues relating to email, network, printing, etc.
