JOB MISSION :
As an Ambassador of the Maison, this role ensures a unique client experience before, during, and after a sale, and proactively develops their client portfolio. You will also participate in the daily boutique operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale
- Master the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close, and develop)
- Adapt according to client needs and motivations
- Strive to always improve and surprise the client
- Handle negotiations and objections with ease
- Transmit the passion and values of the Maison
- Act as the privileged contact for the client in case of After Sales
- Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
- Manage repair orders when applicable (Care Service)
- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
- Efficiently develop the client portfolio (Sales & Care Service when applicable)
- Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison
- Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures
- Participate in inventories
- Assist with setup and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Assist with special projects as requested
QUALIFICATIONS :
Possess commercial acumen with good selling skillsService and client focusedStrong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and team spiritPreferably with 3 to 7 years of experience in luxury retailGood product knowledge in the luxury retail landscapeRichemont owns several of the world's leading companies in luxury goods, with strengths in jewelry, watches, and writing instruments. Cartier joined the Group in 1988.
