About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring top talent for our rapidly growing Banking / Payment payment platform. Working onsite in Malaysia, you’ll collaborate with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to attract, engage, and onboard exceptional candidates who align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding.
• Employer Branding : Collaborate with marketing to enhance our employer brand and position us as a top destination for payment professionals.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Market Insights : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the payment ecosystem.
• Compliance : Ensure all hiring practices comply with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations.
