Synchro Partners is partnering with a leading organisation currently undergoing a major transformation and seeking a Business Analyst with proven experience across Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
This role will be critical in maximising the value of Salesforce by enabling better customer engagement, streamlined sales processes, and service excellence. You'll work with business stakeholders, project teams, and Salesforce specialists to define requirements, improve processes, and ensure that Salesforce solutions are effectively delivered and adopted across the organisation. You will also work with the IT team in making sure enhancements and changes are documented thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements related to Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Analyse current sales and service processes to identify improvement opportunities and design future-state workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce configuration and development.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on requirements and priorities.
- Support Salesforce testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Partner with service teams to streamline case management, knowledge base, and customer support workflows in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Provide insights and recommendations on Salesforce best practices, automation, and scalability.
- Support training, change, and adoption initiatives to embed Salesforce into day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to project reporting, governance, and delivery milestones as required.
Key Requirements
Proven Business Analyst experience with a strong track record on Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud projects .Deep understanding of sales, CRM, and customer service processes.Experience gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce functionality, user stories, and workflows.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence sales, service, and leadership teams.Exposure to Salesforce testing, UAT, and deployment activities.Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.Experience working on enterprise-wide Salesforce programs or large transformation initiatives is highly desirable.The successful candidate will bring strong Salesforce expertise, business analysis skills, and a collaborative mindset to help the organisation unlock greater value from Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
