Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze, collect, and define business requirements for financial software products, including functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Draft detailed requirement documents based on business needs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and executability.
• Communicate effectively with business departments, technical teams, and other stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Act as a bridge during the project development process to ensure smooth information flow and avoid communication barriers.
• Participate in product design and development processes to ensure the product meets business requirements and user experience standards.
• Assist the R&D team in resolving issues related to requirement understanding and provide support at the intersection of technology and business.
• Draft and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and track requirement changes.
• Organize requirement review meetings to ensure consistent understanding among all parties.
• Participate in user testing and acceptance to ensure the final product meets end‑user needs and expectations.
• Collect user feedback and drive product optimization and iteration.
• Continuously monitor developments in the financial industry, conduct regular industry research, and propose product innovation and optimization suggestions.
• Share industry insights with the team to drive product strategy adjustments that align with market changes.
