Logistic Executive for Industry Leader in Heavy Lifting & Transportation

Location : Pasir Gudang, Malaysia

As a Logistics Executive at Mammoet, you will assist and support the Logistics Manager in overseeing regional and international shipments and managing logistics activities related to the company’s operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of shipping processes, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining Mammoet’s high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for the day to day shipping activity with vendors and other Mammoet shipping personnel located in offices worldwide covering all transport modes (shipping, airfreight, road transport).
• Perform administrative and documentation functions continuously improve on the existing shipping process and work closely with the immediate superior to ensure long-term success of the Company.
• Preparation of import / export documentation for regional and / or international shipments.
• Coordination with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
• From time to time required to be onsite / port to oversee offloading and loading of equipment.
• Any other task assigned by superior.
