: Oversee SME account portfolios, ensuring growth, profitability, and timely reviews.

: Guide the team in acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.

: Build strong relationships with internal departments, clients, and external partners to support business objectives.

: Ensure team adherence to internal policies, Shariah principles, and regulatory requirements.

: Represent the team in senior-level meetings and present proposals to financing committees.
