Job descriptionHardworking, versatile, disciplined, self-motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills. Fast learner, mature, and responsible. Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi‑tasking. Able to relocate or willing to work outstation. Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma, Professional Certificate, or equivalent in the M&E or Construction related qualification. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office . Preferably with experience in M&E and ID fit-out industry .
General Summary
Site Inspector at construction sites to ensure the work meets construction specifications, standards, requirements, and local code regulations, particularly for M&E and ID fit-out works .
Responsibilities
- Ensure project progress at site follows the stipulated project plan / timeline.
- Attend site and prepare project progress updates.
- Check site progress and record all activities and materials used daily.
- Liaise, coordinate, monitor, and inspect the progress and quality of work carried out by subordinates, general workers, and nominated sub-contractors.
- Report to the superior regarding site updates, status, and conditions.
- Ensure that work at site complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate meetings when necessary.
