M&E MANAGER

Overview

• Lead the M&E team / work planning and execution across all project stages.
• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical and ELV systems including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, MV / LV power, UPS, Gensets, BMS, security and ICT systems.
• Coordinate M&E works to ensure compliance with design, performance standards and data center requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors on technical and commercial matters.
• Review drawings and resolve M&E design issues to ensure smooth site execution.
• Ensure proper integration of M&E works with C&S and architectural trades.
• Lead testing and commissioning of all systems and ensure readiness for handover.
• Identify and mitigate M&E-related project risks to maintain safety, quality and timeline.
