What will you do

• Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop strong, trust-based relationships to drive client retention and renewal.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI metrics, providing strategic recommendations. Work closely with internal teams to optimize chatbot flows, messaging strategies, and platform adoption.
• Upselling & Revenue Growth : Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts. Educate clients on new features and updates to enhance their use of WhatsApp Business.
