Operation Manager

Job Summary

We are a well-established corrugated carton manufacturing company seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operation Manager / Deputy Operation Manager to oversee and enhance production, logistics, and QA operations. This leadership role is pivotal to ensuring operational efficiency, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Production, QA, Art, and PMW departments.
• Plan, monitor, and enhance production processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and coordinate production schedules, in-house stock levels, and timely delivery of goods.
• Supervise and ensure accuracy in inventory and material stock management.
• Maintain close collaboration with QA to uphold product quality and compliance with customer requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing teams to align production with customer demands and order fulfillment.
• Source and manage third-party service providers and vendors.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
• Ensure departmental compliance with QMS, legal regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead, train, and evaluate operational teams to build a performance-driven culture.
• Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to upper management.
