Field Service Engineer

Overview

Able to speak & read in Mandarin for job purposes (all machines & tools are in Chinese wording).

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and troubleshoot.
• Diagnose and repair or replace worn parts in machine and equipment.
• Deliver after-sales services to customers effectively and on time.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Keep proper records of work activities and submit reports to the superior.
• Provide engineering support to production team & customer when needed.
