We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our team

As a Payroll Assistant we rely on you to :

Report to DRH on a monthly payroll consolidation, managing and maintaning payroll information

Process and validate payroll information pertaining to new joiners, leavers, casuals etc. including calculation, payment, and settlement of wage-related fees according to local legislation and company policies

Provides timely and accurate information for monthly payroll accounting and statutory payments.

Working along with the HR team to drive employee engagement

We are looking for someone who :

Has a passion for payroll functions

Possess relevant experience in payroll

Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws pertaining to payroll and wage assessments

Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Has strong organizational skills

Understanding of human resources payroll processes and procedures
