Process Engineering Technician

We are hiring a highly dedicated Process Engineering Technician who will handle all maintenance matters related to process equipment / jig / fixture / tooling used by Production at our Medical Device / Pharmaceutical sector .

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete maintenance activities without undue delay and record these activities in PEMAC or relevant system / document.
• Assist in maintaining spare parts for process equipment / jig / fixture / tooling used by Production.
• Assist to supervise and facilitate vendor’s work related to process equipment / jig / fixture / tooling used by Production when vendor is required to work onsite.
• Assist in the qualification works of process equipment / jig / fixture / tooling used by Production.
• Perform verification activities for process equipment / jig / fixture / tooling that has been returned from repair or service, before returning to Production for use.
• Perform troubleshooting and / or testing activities on process equipment / jig / fixture / tooling.
• Responsible to handle any process equipment / jig / fixture / tooling with care when performing assigned task.
• Responsible to highlight to Superior on unfamiliar / uncommon situation encountered when performing assigned task.
• Uphold all safety and health measures when carrying out assigned task.
• Authorize to stop the operation or withdraw any process equipment / jig / fixture / tooling used by Production that is found faulty or deemed not safe to be used.
