Te encargarás de

Asistir al Responsable de Recursos Humanos en la gestión del personal y la aplicación de las normas sociales en el resort

Seguir el plan de acción necesario para la optimización de los recursos humanos según los objetivos económicos de la empresa

Responsabilizarte de las actividades administrativas (seguimiento de expedientes, declaraciones obligatorias, respuesta a las solicitudes de los empleados...)

Controlar toda la información necesaria para el pago de las nóminas (ausencias, enfermedades, horario de trabajo...)

Al convertirte en G.O Asistente del Responsable de Recursos Humanos, te beneficiarás de las infraestructuras y actividades que ofrece el Club Med. Y si te entran las ganas, también puedes subir al escenario para demostrar tu talento.
