Admin Assistant- Live Host Admin Management (WFH)
Responsibilities
- Live Host Management : Schedule, leave arrangement, performance report and commission report.
- Recruit, training, product knowledge development to live host.
- Compound KPI of live host included sales, attendance, performance of live host.
- Manage commission tracking for in-house & outsourced live hosts.
- Calculate and report commissions from e-commerce & live streaming data.
- Prepare monthly & half-monthly performance reports (GMV, hours streamed).
- Compile live hours and list allowance-eligible hosts.
- Track part-time host replacements.
- Monitor WhatsApp groups for issue resolution (schedule, technology, commissions, etc.).
- Product key-in to facilitate post production teams before the live host begins the live session.
- Performance Optimization : Present performance updates to management & HR (monthly basis).
- Schedule monthly performance meetings.
- Attendance : Track attendance daily (attendance, lateness, absences) and generate attendance reports for payroll and punctuality tracking.
