Overview
The Vice President (Change Management) is responsible for leading and executing strategic change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of the myPATIL digital ecosystem across local authorities (PBTs), vendors, and internal stakeholders. The scope of work is as follows :

- Strategic Leadership & Alignment.
Qualifications
Possess at least Bachelor in Management, Psychology, Communication or equivalent.At least 8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation or Strategic Communication.Core competencies : Change strategy formulation, stakeholder management, communication design, impact analysis, KPI tracking, and facilitation.Personal Attributes : Empathetic, persuasive, results-oriented, strategic thinker, collaborative, and adaptable to change.Application Insights
