Job descriptionThe Role : Lead, Legal Counsel A minimum of 7-10 years experience in private law firms and / or corporate legal department Dedicated, motivated, proactive and team-spirited Strong business acumen Outstanding Candidates Will Have : License to practice law in the US or Malaysia or Singapore (must have) What We Offer : Competitive Contractual and Profit-Sharing Bonuses : Rewarding your hard work and dedication.
