Business Development Manager (F&B Store Expansion)

Job descriptionLead lease negotiations to secure favorable terms for the company. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements in line with company policies. Manage the entire store expansion process from site selection to opening. Partner with Operations, Store Design & Construction, and Marketing to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective rollouts. Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Prepare and present regular reports on expansion plans, opportunities, and progress. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. Have good connection with mall Leasing team. 5–8 years’ experience in retail expansion, business development, or real estate (convenience store / FMCG preferred). Proven track record in site identification, negotiation, and successful store launches. Strong negotiation and tenancy administration skills; well-versed in tenancy agreements. Willingness to travel frequently across Malaysia. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytical tools.
