The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Documentation : Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are accurate, complete, and filed properly (e.g., delivery orders, packing slips, invoices).
• Stock Monitoring : Perform regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Shipping & Receiving Support : Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials.
• Warehouse Organization : Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment, ensuring proper labeling, shelving, and handling of materials.
• Order Processing : Process orders, prepare shipments, and handle returns, ensuring timely dispatch and accurate order fulfillment.
• Communication : Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and warehouse operations.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
