Responsibilities

• Managing day‑to‑day procurement activities including reviewing quotation evaluations, purchase orders, and vendor due diligence and onboarding.
• Monitoring procurement KPIs and reporting performance metrics.
• Supporting the development and deployment of standardized procurement processes and SOPs.
• Conducting spend analysis, supplier tracking, and procurement KPI reporting.
• Developing training materials, guides, and toolkits for procurement stakeholders.
• Executing strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and onboard reliable vendors, ensuring quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration to understand business requirements and better support sourcing strategies.
• Supporting procurement processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations, contributing to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Maintaining accurate and organized data for informed decision‑making and reporting on procurement activities.
• Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and standards, mitigating risks and promoting transparency.
