Base pay range
Responsibilities
Able to handle full set of accounts independently. Prepare accounting documentation including invoices, payment vouchers, journal vouchers, debit / credit notes, A / P, A / R, etc. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts for audit. Manage statutory payments to EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF. To handle HR matters (payroll, staff attendance, EA forms preparation, leave / medical or other claims). Liaise with Sales Team, Promo Team, Warehouse Admin to coordinate on accounting related matters (e.g. stock issue). To handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time. Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn. Possess a strong work ethic and professional attitude. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a related field. Ability to work independently and is hard working. Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Strong computer skills including knowledge of accounting software. Priority will be given to those who can start working immediately. Benefits
