Assistant Manager Finance

The incumbent main responsibilities are :

• Assist the CFO to lead and manage the Group Finance Team and the respective Subsidiaries' Finance Team in handling all the finance related matters in compliance with approved accounting standards MFRS, Companies Act 2016 and BURSA MALAYSIA Listing Requirements.
• To review and ensure the Group and the respective subsidiaries has implemented an effective operational and financial internal control and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Assisting the CFO to manage the daily operational activities and ad hoc finance matters of the Finance Department.
• To prepare financial analysis, budget and performance tracking for the respective subsidiaries.
• To liaise with Bankers on the Group's bank borrowing matters.
• To prepare the Group financial and cash flow forecast for submission to Bankers / Relevant Authorities / Auditors.
• To liaise with the Tax Agents on the tax submission, tax compliance and any other taxation matters.
• To prepare a Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Forecast with the objective to maintain a proper credit control and treasury management for the company.
• To prepare and coordinate the Group's Annual Budget. Ensure all the respective subsidiaries submit their budget within the stipulated timeline; and the Group Annual Budget is reviewed and approved by the Management within the stipulated timeline.
• To evaluate the financials as well as qualitative and quantitative aspects of the Corporate Proposals and CAPEX investment proposals for the Group. Undertake research and feasibility studies on Proposals.
