Project Manager

Guide project engineers to collaborate with customer from requirements gathering to mass production.

Responsible to ensure all of the project requirements and / or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated to operational level of plans and activities.

Present project status taking account of a continuous preparation and interpretation of internal and external information; monitoring, reporting and forecasting the current status of the project’s main targets in the dimensions of “Time”, “Cost” and “Quality”; integrating the project team’s status reports and regularly report to key stakeholders.

Ensure that the project targets in the dimensions of "Time", "Cost" and "Quality" are achieved. Be able to focus on the most relevant deliverables.

Drive all product change activities for new or revised products into the factory / factories. Clear target is to meet or exceed project / program milestones.

Pushing and focusing on achieving the deliverables and actively identifying claims potential resulting from engineering changes.

Various other activities as assigned to support NPI and / or other production departments.

Work and organize the cross functional team to support BU / CDS on RFI / RFQ preparing and accomplishment.

Support BU and Sr. management on the important business tasks that are not limited in the listed responsibilities above.

Technical expertise and able to understand the customer BOM, data packages and CTQ information

Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required

Communications skills in English and Mandarin

Experience working with the cross functional team, proven project management track record and ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

Job Requirements :

Minimum 8 years’ work experience in project management or relevant management roles. Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive electronics field

Familiar with the regulatory standards (IATF 16949, IPC-610, and the relevant automotive electronics requirement).

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
