Technician

Job description

• To carry out building facilities maintenance by attending to all maintenance issues and general building matters i.e Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm system, Air conditioning
• Need to travel to retail outlets (across Bangi) for routine maintenance inspection and repairs.
• Need to supervise and liaise with 3rd party contractor for servicing, installations or repair work on the company premises and inside retail outlets.
• Participate in the opening, closure and renovation work of retail outlets
• Prepare weekly report & planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Carry out ad-hoc or maintenance tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
