PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Agency Planning, Performance Management & Sales Operations
Oversee day-to-day agency sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Create comprehensive sales activity plans that align with the company’s objectives and market conditions. Develop, implement, and regularly review agency business planning processes to align with market trends and company objectives. Set up robust monitoring systems to track agency performance periodically and provide insights into market competitiveness. Provide insightful analysis of agency sales performance to management to drive actionable results and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Regional Heads, Agency Growth teams and agency leaders to lead sales operations and ensure follow-through on all sales activities and launches tracking and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies. Develop and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly sales tracker tools for the Agency to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform agency planning and sales operations. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
