Are you ready to turn data into strategic insights that shape how a global leader operates? At Steelcase Malaysia, we’re looking for a Senior Analyst to drive our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across teams, influence decision-making, and help optimize supply chain performance in a dynamic, design-driven environment.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for uncovering insights and improving processes. You bring experience in demand and supply planning, and you’re confident working with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations
Demonstrated experience in : Demand forecasting using statistical models and business inputsSupply planning and inventory optimizationSupporting or leading S&OP cycles and meetingsScenario planning and risk mitigation
Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, Python, SQL, and SAP

Desired Skills and Experience

Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights

Clear communicator with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders

Collaborative mindset with experience working across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance

Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain processes and continuous improvement practices

What You Will Be Doing

Support and enhance the S&OP process by integrating demand and supply planning inputs

Analyze sales trends and market data to develop accurate demand forecasts

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on forecast assumptions and supply constraints

Prepare and present insights during monthly Demand Review and S&OP meetings

Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory efficiency, and process effectiveness
