Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the deployment, execution, and governance of sales incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive deep analytics for the voice team utilizing tableau reports, data mining, and CRM data
Key Experience & Capabilities :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related fieldStrong thoughtful and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and people-oriented skillsStrong business acumen and strategic thinking.Ability to take initiative and work with limited directionExperience in the industrial automation industryKnowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environmentAbility to take initiative and work with limited directionWho We Are
